Pardon the Heretical Question
Has anyone ever converted a CCM T2 into an autococker?
Yes someone put a eblade on a t2.
IIRC It is in the CCM picture thread somewhere
to make it an electro you add a 2k+ front block, make a frame spacer and your done :)
to make it mech, you would need to modify the vert asa for the 3way rod (vert asa is solid, no groove/hole for it), and you'd have to figure out a way to add the linkage hole in the trigger frame, or add a frame spacer to use a standard mech frame
somebody made an electro, AT'd MQ2 T2....
I bought it for a steal and it was amazing, i then pulled wires out of the UTB on accident and sold it broken
The CCM frames don't accept mechanical 3way rods, swapping the frame when going semi is pretty much mandatory unless you do a custom electronic conversion on the CCM frame, which has been done quite a few times and doesn't look too bad. Doing a mechanical frame with the factory CCM frame I think would be very difficult and require extensive modifications and new parts, basically reinventing the wheel. There might be enough meat in the ASA to drill it for an actuator rod but I would do some good measuring before trying something like that. Electronic is your best bet, I would love to see a mechanical one though,iI am not sure if its been done.
I will lock this damned thread up if anyone posts that disgusting picture I saw once.
It like the CCM version of Two Girls One Cup.
I will ban folks.... I swear. ;)
I don't want to do it, but I thought the idea was entertaining. It is like a cycle of evolution, de-evolution, and evolution all over again.
There's a guy at my field that has an e-bladed T2. It was pretty cool.
