T2 - No pressure down barrel

Hey guys,

I am a bit of a CCM noob, but I just got my first marker by them. A gloss-black CCM T2 that I am very excited about. I got the marker used, and I did air it up and fire it and it seemed ok. After purchase since I don't trust anything I ordered a new o ring set, and stripped the gun completely down, swapped all the o rings and re-lubed everything down to the regulator.

The issue:

I air it up and fire it, but it is token amounts of air. I have farted more PSI than it is spitting down the barrel...

What would cause this? I've gone through the regulator 2 times, but can't spot anything out of the ordinary and I could really use some help >.>

Your best bet for a thorough walk through would be to go to the stickies for CCM and follow TF's videos..He goes to great lengths to show how everything is done. With that said, it sounds like a valve issue, and may just need a cleaning...get yourself a CCM valve tool or Cocker valve tool I presume, and follow the vid.s...Good luck and let us know how you make out...

This type is problem can be from the bolt being installed upside down.

where is your reg set?

even eyeball setscrew location?
(should be about 1 turn in from flush "ballpark" location)

where is your IVG location (turns from flush or turns from the cap)

I followed the stickies and I i set the reg at 2 turns from flush, and the IVG at 3 turns from flush. Even if they were set incorrectly I would have thought that I would get more than a puff out of it.

What is the even eyeball setscrew? Or are you talking about the long grub screw at the bottom of the reg - that one is 2 turns in.

Also - I am pretty sure the reg is charging as well. It seems to purge a normal amount of air when the on/off is backed out.

Is the valve seated and aligned properly?

If the dimple is facing up, and the valve body screw is in the hole, you get a big fart and very little air.

Also worth trying the regulator out on another marker...
