Achievement and Bounty Tags

About them tags, I would love to see these play out as achievement tags and bounty tags.

Bounty Tags for confirmed HIA (hits in action) for taking out an SR-1 with an SR-1 or to kids under 15 who take out a Sniper ( grow the sport). I personally would pay for these and I would love to hand them out at Big Games. Maybe CCM on one side and User Name on the other. Maybe even a reticle over the Username, these would be handed out as congratulatory accolades. I might even travel to an event to collect your tags.

Achievement Tags for comfirmed distance HIA's of 100 yards or greater, these would be a true rarity only administered by CCM.

WDYT everyone?

It's already in the works. We are working on achievement tags.

I would like to see video of the achievement posted up on the CCM SR1 facebook page.
Yes , you can say you made that shot but video is so cool and exciting and makes people want to try sniping.

There is going to be sniper vs sniper, bunker shot which CD has already earned and has a vid for that tag, yardage shots, mission shots ,Taking out a sniper that is using a different manufactures gun . Our imagination can run wild.

If an SR1 sniper shoots another SR1 sniper does he get your name tag? It would be interesting who would end up with whos tags.

What video camera are you using to confirm 100 yard eliminations?

Nah, you should have to wear a go pro or any other recording device. Otherwise its just hearsay, no proof.....this would be fun to watch

I have a R7 Replay mounted on the riser next to the scope but it is not going to show a hit 100 yards out....at least not until I finish up my project of replacing the lens.

I'm with you, I am dreaming up a solution but have not zeroed on the best option. The GoProHD seems to be a fave, and I've read up on the Countour HD. I'm thinking we would need some form of zoom, rather than relying on taking raw un-zoomed footage and then using editing software to scroll in to a pixelated mess. I also like DSA's iSniper concept, though I would have to find an extra iPhone 4 lying around :-)

Any other thoughts? This whole tag concept is really neat, and I think will draw a lot more folks into it, like a MMRLG (massive multiplayer real-life game)!
