Pump Rod Measurement

Does any one have the measurement for the pump arm on a T2.. I had to replace one of mine. Now it seems like I can't get them even. You can feel it binding where it slides threw the lower tube when everything is tighten up.

thanks!!

If it is just a little bit off you should be able to make up the difference by threading one of the other out or into the pump handle plate.

I would send it back to ccm and have them do it since IIRC the rod length is pretty precise.

I have worked and worked on trying to get it nice and smooth. Pumps great until I tighten the back screws. Ugh

Once the rods are assembled in the pump plate they are ground to length with a fixture.

Yes they are precise.

To just get it going I would tighten up on the rod that is the longest.

Then tighten the other screw till it binds then back it out till it unbinds. I would use loctite on the loose screw.

That's the easy fix.

Or send the pump plate with the rods and we can get it ground back to even.
