Cam retaining pin question
So I just got a new 86 frame and the cam retaining pin from my thin frame is to tall, should I try and file it down or talk to ccm about getting a shorter one?

That would definitely work but I'd suggest getting a new pin so u don't have a missing pin on your 45.
A fellow mcber told me a guitar wire or paperclip, ect. Would work just fine until you can get one shipped from ccm

IIR the cam pins are all the same length.
There is not a longer pin in the shop.
There could be polishing compound in the small pin hole or bead blast in the hole.
we clean the holes out with a 1/16" drill
If you don't have a small drill a small paper clip may help clean it out.
Also most hardware shops carry 1/16" drills probably 2 or 3 bucks.
If that is not the issue call the shop on Monday.
