G Max frame

Is there a story behind this?

Edit: I know there was a G-Max shocker with the CCM frame but I have also seen the 86* Frames with G-Max on the bottom. I think G-Max stood for Garrett Maxwell?

if I remember right he used to make his frames at ccm, his name was on early CCM frames on their guns as well.

It's been awhile but IIRC, Garret Maxwell played for Dynasty and All Americans. He did work on the Gmax shockers and some other parts.
I think he's an officer with some department in Nor-cal.

This would definitely be the story, he used to make CCM frames (to my knowledge) way back when.

I currently have a G-Max'd S6

Garret designed our frames and as a thank you gesture CCM let him engrave the first run with his logo. The G-Max 6 was out of the question. lol

Actually he wanted to call it the Series 6 the Select 6. He got out voted.
