New T2 owner

I just ordered my T2, and to be honest, am exited as hell to get on the field with it. I just have some basic questions from any current or past owners. Ho do I sweetspot it? I know of someone who made a guide about it but I can't seem to find it.

And is there anything else I should know beforehand?

Thanks in advanced!

Look in the stickies (top of the CCM forum). The T2 will come set pretty close to where it needs to be, you can make some adjustments but really Rod will have it pretty well set for you. If I remember he test fires the guns about 100 times before he sends them (it may be 500, he told me once but I forgot the exact number). Just take it out and dial the velocity down (the gun should come from the factory set at 300 bps) and have fun.

No need to play with the regulator now. Rod has set it right, you may need to adjust the IVG to make field velocity. Once you have a few cases through it, and the regulator gets broken in a bit, itt may be a good idea to check it and make adjustments if needed.

I used to sweet-spot the regulator, now I just set the pressure at 325psi on both my T2s, they work pefect and are very efficent as well.

If you do not have a regulator gauge, you may want to buy or make one.

Not sweet spotted. They do chronograph their markers prior to shipping but the regulator should be 350psi.

David A. is right. You do have to break in the regulator. They are finicky early on.

TF's got some threads on how to build your own regulators. Just search on MCB or the interweb.

There is a long slit along the right side of the foam cutouts. It's hidden there. Almost everyone misses it the first time.
