CCM ano update....

As of today CCM will no longer be offering the Dust Clear "White" finish.
It has been deemed too difficult of a color to work with and keep clean, so instead of trying to continually combat those issues it was determined it is just easier to eliminate the option. Any pending parts or gun orders
that maybe out in process will be honored, but no more will be confirmed from this point forward.

Please drop me a line should you have any questions.

Thank you,
Melissa Thompson

The J12 on the pic is my Dreamgun... now never coming true
We shall drop a bomb on the person who decided this!!! *jokingly*
Why can't you just make this colour more expensive, that it's ok to produce it in future?
The CCM dust silver was on of the facts I bought CCM Guns the first time!
Please rethink this decission! PLEASE!

Makes sense to me. I've owned a lot of CCM markers over the years, this color is a major PIA. I picked up a dust clear marker for the first time this year and after a regular day of play, it was REALLY hard to get clean. Took me close to 30 minutes and rubbing alcohol to do what I usually get done with a damp rag and 30 seconds on my gloss markers. I traded it away as soon as I could manage...

Time spent and resources wasted on re-fixing or re-doing the difficult anodizing probably isn't worth the small increase in fees. Too bad, I really liked the hard anodizing finish.

I thought about you as soon as I heard. Literally about to order a Vamp T2.

Since dust clear is gone, how about a replacement color? Can I suggest Olive Drab? If that comes true, I'd sell my 6.5 and order a new dust olive with dust black parts. My fav color combo.

But then again dust olive with dust brown would be nice...

The dust finishes are gorgeous but they are definetly hard to keep clean. Its sad to see this dropped but its understandable, I bet it is tricky to get it to look perfect to begin with. I have always really liked the dust silver but haven't owned anything in it. There goes all the prices on anything Dust silver CCM up $100.
