86* Frame Autotrigger Problem

I just received a Karnivor pump in the mail this week and discovered the autotrigger in the 86* frame was loose not allowing it to shoot all the time without some wiggling or tapping the trigger a few times. I did some searching and put a oring between the pump rod and autotrigger which reduced the problem but not completly. Is there any other way to tighten it up, rebuild it, or do I need a new frame?

I'm not totally sure what is loose, but did you try changing the timing? (adjusting the hammer lug)

Sorry the cam is loose on the grip frame, since its my first ccm frame I am not sure if this is normal. I know my Empire Sniper is rock solid... The timing on my auto trigger is pretty good I can set it to go off a little sooner and see if that fixes the problem for now. I would like it to be proper but for now I will settle for it to be reliable for my December 3rd pump night since I am lending out my Sniper.

I'm thinking he might have a mismatched frame and cam? One being older version and one being newer?

Well I finally tweaked the timing a little earlier (within a 1/4" of the end) and everything seems to be working fine. I will see how tight some of the other CCM autotrigger cams are when I go to my local pump night at the beginning of December.
