A Surprise Along the Way

Although it saddens me that the J12 is on hold, perhaps this allows CCM to focus on what they already have. This is a prototype T2 and uses the same cartridge valve system as the J12. Pretty innovative and something to look forward too. The stroke is surprisingly smoother than the current T2, S6 and J2L (out of the box). Silky smooth. The "saddle" that the two parallel pump arms slide through near the rear of the marker have been removed. The quad rod adds to the stability of the pump stroke. The marker feels like 2000 rounds have been shot through it right out of the box. Will test performance and sound signature soon.

Seudog,

That looks nothing like the one I have.

1) I think we should do a write up and test together.

2) And then trade.

The cartridge is aluminum for now. The cut window that you see on the bottom tube closer to the pump handle the reveals the valve cartridge. I guess if it was brass, you would see gold? If it stays aluminum you could ano it any color you want. You could also cut any style of window too like in the cuts shown below on Bill's marker. Did you all see the new valve design?
