| I use 2 size 145 springs connect "interwoven" half way down the middle so the beginning of the pump stroke is light and it hardens up at the end. That way its still a very light stroke, yet it has enough force to return the pump handle without a hand on it. Great if you are using a hitmen mod. DA |

| I just use the springs that CCM put on my pumps one inside the handle and one on the outside of the handle where it has to be for the Carbon Fibre handle Last edited by Old Man; 03-23-2008 at 07:29 PM. |

| I use the half weight CCI springs or the pump return spring I got from CCM themselves. I think its the perfect tension to make the pump stroke seamless without adding any weight to the stroke.

| Anybody got a spare one of those return springs that fit into the main guide rod, and would be willing to sell it to me? We don't have any good hardware stores in the area here (home depot and lowes don't count), so getting springs is difficult. I'd be happy to paypal some cashola for the shipping and the spring. |

| I went to my local hardware store, bought every spring they had that would fit on the guide rod... tested out around 10 different springs... finally stuck with the one thats on there now... almost fully compresses when its cocked back, its light enough to be used with a hitman mod with no issues, its heavy enough to hold the bolt forward if the marker is tilted back...
