Question SS 25 questions...

Anyone tweak a SS 25? What springs?

Ever try and set it for 12 gr's?

Peace

Sorry - I haven't

400 psi input is what the stock valve and spring combo would need. The passages are relatively small - so you shouldn't need to shim those spaces.

With my S6 Prototype (which is essentially an SS-25 milled to look like an S6), I replaced the valve spring with a standard Phantom valve spring and boosted the input pressure to around 450 - 500 psi. It's a lot more efficient than stock now. I still don't think it'd be great on a 12 gram however.

Phantom Power:

The pump stroke is the same? Did you do a 'before and after' test?

The pump stroke is unchanged since I only replaced the valve spring, not the main spring. I also added a return spring and THAT changed the pump stroke but is completely unrelated to efficiency.

It is not 12g friendly no matter what adjustments are done.
And just so others reading this know, we consider that an aftermarket change so we will not warranty those parts. *SHOULD* you have gun problems and send us your gun back you will be responsible for purchasing the stock parts again.
(Marc- not directed at you, but I just want other people to know what our standard policy is)

Please let me know if any clearification is needed. Thank you.
