S6 CCM Barrel

How good is the stock S6 Barrel? I recently bought the S6 and purchased all the sizers... but haven't had a chance to shoot the damn thing yet.

Overall how would you rate the stock barrel with all 6 sizers?

The sizers? IIRC no CCM barrels take inserts.

I love mine. If I got good paint and have is matched right. I would see no reason to ever even consider any thing but my CCM barrels and sizers kits.

It is a very good barrel. I choose not to shoot mine ONLY because a 5 inch control bore is more efficient than a 2.5 inch control bore - BUT - the CCM is VERY accurate.

Stock CCM barrels can have 5inch control bores. This is nothing new...

I use the CCM barrel kit on my S6 with no problems. It's great. The only thing I'd want for it would be a smaller size option (.678").

I had one for a while. I hate to be a fanboy but my wedgited .689 pps brass shot a lot better than the CCM kit I had.

It also shot better than the racegun kit I had. The CCM was the worste of the 3 but obviously still more than good. I dont know if it was the heft of the PPS barrel or what but it shot straiter.

So they are good but i dont think top top notch. If i had the non insert CCM barrel id consider wedgiting it and saving money on a different barrel or inserts.
