Source for rear grip frame screw?

Hi all. I just found out the CCM hammer bottoms out on my rear grip frame screw on my CCM 45 frame on a stock WGP body.

Is there an easy source for the shorter screw that's included with the trigger frame? It's shorter than 3/8" and that's all I can really tell.

I've tried switching the front and rear screws, but the longer screw is too long for the front hole.

Honestly - here is what I do and have done.

Find a nut that fits it - put it on the screw - use a dremel (or a bench grinder) and grind it down. Be careful and try to leave a good looking first thread when you get done.

Take off the nut and use that nut to chase the threads. Clean up with a file if necessary.

Then you have the right length to your body.

Nope - Has happened to me. I like my screws as long as possible to get as much meat into the body as they can. This way I can minimize the body stripping out.

Let me know if you need anything else.

BTW - if you have access to borrow a die set - do that and chase the threads of the screw you have cut off - use a file to make it neat - and this will be a custom length screw for you.

I wouldn't say plenty..or lots..

They have an adequate supply, though I almost always have to make some sort of compromise.
