S6 questions

I just got a brand new s6.
ive aired it up a few times and it leaks down the barrel..until i cock it. the it doesnt for the rest of the time.
If i cock it before I air it up, im fine.
Sometimes it airs up fine without cocking.

Is it because of the new valve? Needs to be broken in?

How many cases/shots does it take to break in the ccm reg?
I only shot a few paintballs and it wasnt too consistent. Jumpy needless to say. Didnt really match paint and it was kinda old/crappy.

Thanks

It's because of the springs the S6 uses. it's actually a good thing it does it because it keeps the pump stroke light. You don't need a new valve just cock it before you air it up and it will be fine.

As for the reg, about a case maybe a little more. Just give it time and it will never fail you!

We recommend a good quality paint for best results.Old crappy paint will make any marker shoot bad.Now that you are shooting a pump you will probably be shooting less paint. That means you can spend a little extra for better paint.Always use the right sizer also. All of our markers are test fired with paint before they leave the shop. The reg and velocity are set to about 280fps with the paint we use.Remember, the velocity is set with the IVG and not the reg.

Let me know, as a new user, anything that it did not answer. I would love to get your take on it and help me improve it.
