Got me.Is there a ding or something locking up the threads? I like on/offs that have the pin inside and you just screw the bottle in/out.
If it is a defect,call Melissa to see if it qualifies for a replacement.

I have one, I love it. As far as ease of turning it's somewhere between a 2K5 CP and a Unimount.

Checked it out, looked like some old lube in there was gumming it up. Had a little grit in there too. Everything seems alright now.

Is the CCM rail a different size than standard? I came to the sudden realization at one point that my ASA's couldn't be swapped between rails, and my CCM on/off doesn't even come close to fitting an 06 ego frame's integrated rail.
