Odd - you said you 'upgraded' the input to 275.

It should have been set at 300 psi stock. You turned your pressure down?

Actually, it worked fine at 250 before.

Efficiency increased in all. Pump stroke still extremely close to stock.

Not an S6, but on my gun:

2k2 Cocker...CCM economy kit...stock springs...230psi...2.5 IVG...280fps

and I get well over 200 shots on a 13/3k.

Worked and worked efficiently are two different things. Try 300 psi - it is far more efficient.
