Just got one of the CCM Deluxe Pump kits in...

I will do a full review soon. I really like the simplicity of it all. Simple change - but very nice.

Not to be an *** but is a "full review" required? It's a pretty minor change to the design really.

Isn't it just like the guide rod that has always come with the economy kit?

Seems to be superior in every way, IMO.

If you only bought it for the review, I'd love to take it off your hands when you're done. Pm me after if that's the case.

On topic I would agree that it might be a bit overkill to do a full review on it. I am happy with the change though, that was the one thing that always irked me about the CCM kit was that method of tightening the guide rod. Glad to see it's been resolved.

Is the Deluxe milled out like the S6's?

I never heard about a new deluxe kit being made. Any pictures out there?

The only thing different is that the pump guide rod is now tightened with an allen key instead of a crescent wrench. It's just a minor cosmetic tweak.

Allen wrench through a hole? Like most guide rods were tightened since drills were invented? Or an allen wrench on the tip or something?
