Just to clarify.

I do usually get mine at the HW store (ACE) and do tell people to go there. For some reason they tend to have a problem with it too.

I was in a bind for a return spring and after rooting through my parts box I found that I had a lot of extra sear springs. The cool thing about using them is it's kinda tunable just by changing how many springs you use.

thats a cool idea. i personally found a 5 pack of springs at work. they only need a little stretch, then they work perfectly
