One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet is the grub screw that holds the vale in place.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

So I've got the gun up and running but I have another question. I am having some trouble getting an AT installed. Everything goes in the right places but the slider trigger is just a little wider than the groove in the AT cam. I was thinking I could shave down the trigger a bit but I wanted to ask around before I went that route.

The other issue is that I am not sure the cam would actually line up correctly to make the AT work. It's hard to say before I actually shave down the trigger but I wanted to mention it in case anyone had some insight.

Hmmm,Can you measure the cam and trigger with dial calipers ?If it is a minute amount you could probably scrape the edge with a knife.

I'm still puzzled that's it's wider. Was the A/T on the gun before? Typically the slot in the cam is a lot wider.

The trigger is probably 1-2mm wider than the slot in the cam.

This AT has not been on this gun before.

I shaved down the trigger and the cam fits now but it seems like the posts in the AT lever arm are not in the correct orientation. So, typically when the AT lever is attached to the pump arm it travels between like 11 and 1 on a clock. For it to work on my gun it would have to travel between 9 and 11.

I got this off of someone who was parting a CCM AT kit so it's possible (likely) that I just have the wrong thing.

It's very possible you have the wrong A/T lever. The one for that grip frame is different.Got any pics?

I just got a chance to take some pictures. I also looked at a few other AT kits recently and this lever is definitely different.

That may be the lever. The 2 pin holes are in a different location. Also in the second picture the lever is on the wrong way to the slot.

So, I've played with this gun a few times since I got it (thanks CCM for helping me get the valve issue sorted).

I really really like it...super smooth pump stroke, blah blah blah, but a couple of my teammates have s6's which are sexier, lighter, etc. So while I like the creamsicle magic, I kept having this nagging feeling that it might be nice to upgrade to an S6, BUT I was playing just last Sunday where me and two of my pump brothers were playing a bunch of semi teams (and dominating) and during one of the games I ran to a dorito and from the sideline I heard "HOLY ****, That's a SWEET GUN" I was the only one on that side of the field at the time so I knew he was talking about the creamsicle dream. That moment pretty much solidified my decision. An S6 would be awesome but I think the S5 is going to be getting a lot of playtime.
