New Autotrigger CAM Retention Mechanism

Received my CCM Deluxe Autotrigger Kit w/ the new Autotrigger CAM Retention Mechanism using the ball bearing and spring.

I believe I received a ball bearing that was too big. [See the attached pictures.]

If that is the case, is there a way I can get the proper size?

OOps,we will get another one out to you. Give Melissa a call on Monday.

Actually the AT works without it. Don't let that stop you from playing. You can even install it with out removing the grip frame. Of course the grip frame removes and installs easy enough.

atleast you got one, i orderred a at cam and frame from hvac when he was having his sale, and i guess he forgot to add it in lol. oh well, personally i am happier without it, 1, it might add a tiny bit of resistance to the cam, and 2 i use a nylon washer that spaces the cam and the screw perfectly so it doesn't have any extra play.

Twigz, the ball bearing drops in the groove in the end of the CAM shaft. The spring keeps the ball bearing depressed in the groove. With the ball bearing pressed down into the groove it should prevent the CAM shaft from sliding left out of the trigger frame.

Melissa, thanks for sorting things out on the phone. CCM truly is one of a kind when it comes to customer service.

I wonder what ball bearing was included? Could have simply been one that was incorrectly shipped to CCM and was just randomly pulled out of the parts bin.
