Strap wrench? Rubbery mouse pad?

Those usually work pretty well for me on stuck items.

Not enough space to get a strap on there

I think the sizers have holes in them. You could put an allen key through it for a little bit of leverage.

I don't think there are any holes, but in most cases the extra grip from something rubbery will be enough to get it loose even if a strap wrench doesn't fit.

Run it under some warm water barrel facing down and then loosen it with a rubber dishwashing glove or the underside of a rubber mouse pad to loosen it. That usually works for me.
