Any news on dates/times/attendance? I want to go this year, but I need to schedule soon-ish, which means ASAP. Hopefully I can get attacked by Weltman again. :P I had a great time last year, and I'd be down to have even a tenth as much fun this year.

So, what's the skinny?

Can someone confirm a rumor for me? Last year, Amoryl said that it was a Pump/Pistol tournament, and that allowed him to use his Squall. Is that true? Could I use a T8? I mean, what with the T2's and S6's, they're basically semis anyways. :P

I don't remember seeing any semi's in the tourney.. but I wasn't really paying that much attention.

If Amoryl said he used one, was it a concession for him?

I don't know, I asked him and he said that it was a pump and pistol game. :shrug:

I dont know where people got the idea that "pump" also included pistols.

no pistols but autotriggered pumps that shoot faster than pistols are welcome :/

The tourney is limited paint, so those autotrigger goons run out fast. If people want to use a pistol in the "open play" I dont care, just make sure everyone in the game knows and is cool with it. Most dont care, but when someone whines "hey he had a semi pistol," who do they whine to?

Also Stolz,

A double tap with autotrigger in the tourney requires two hands, with a pistol it can be done one handed.
