Wish I had got to come, but hard for me to get off on Saturdays. Maybe next time we could set it up for Sunday afternoon? Sounds like fun was had by all.

I didn't stay too long but I had a great time. Maybe I'll try for FPE this year.

oh and was it the hulk that mentioned 280 paintball? I've been looking online and it is closer to me than jeagers, may have to try it out in the next month or so and it could be a place to try this next time.

I am game to try 280 paintball, but the sun is always shining at Jaegers. Never a rain cloud in sight.

Let us know how the 280 field(s) is, I've never been there and they don't have a lot of pictures up on their website.

Funny thing is, used to live in that area back in the day, and it was always the dream of the local paintballers to turn that closed out Builder's Square, a couple blocks north of the 280 field, into a huge indoor field. Several of the established folks tried leasing it, but it was always turned down because "paintball would bring too much violence and crime into the area"... even though the gang-bangers in KC have been dumping bodies a couple blocks over for decades. And now 280 Paintball opens up a couple of blocks over from the Builder's Square? Funny. That big building sat empty for I don't remember how many years (easily 5 or 6) before one of the local churches got up the funds to rent it, and if I remember correctly, it's changed hands between churches a couple of times.

Eerie, that mirrors what I saw in Orlando with an old Builders Square. That one has changed owners many times. Was a flea market type thing for several years and more recently its a Garden Ridge.

280 says it's indoors as well, and their site claims brighter lights and less stench. I'll have to find out.

I think I read that there is no AC at 280. Might be a good option for spring and fall.
