That sounds awesome

there is or used to be a small field in camdenton, that would be right in the middle for some of the MO and eastern Kansas members. Not that I'm against playing any field but the more of us we get the better.

I'm up for it so long as I get a decent notice.

Blazing Paintballs? I don't know if it's still there or not, as they finally finished most of the new Highway 5, and it was on the old part of Highway 5, so haven't been by in a while. Might have to check it out next time the Guard sends me to Springfield for something (which will be in October, according to my calendar). I always wanted to stop in and check them out, but was always on too tight of a time schedule.

Damn... checking over on Peanut Butter Nation, looks like Blazing closed down over the winter - check it out. If I don't hear otherwise before October, I'll definitely swing by and verify yes or no on that one.

I have been thinking about the 2/10 format. Wouldn't two guys running with semi auto pisols and 12 grams be the best setup?

if the players accuracy is the same regardless of set up, then the smallest lightest set up would probably be the best. I would guess anyway. Could be that they are playing with air bunkers and still want to use the long barrel to push on the bunker then a longer set up could come in handy. If they decide to play defensivly then the size of gun wont matter much so long as they can still snap shoot with it. What ever you are comfortable with is going to be best.

I am not that good of a shot with a pistol in game. I like longer setups, so my normal marker setups would be good for me.

if this gets run as a tourney or an event, i can round up a decent crowd from the st louis area... our pump team loves limited paint concepts.

X marks the Spot in Lebanon would be a good site. I took a pump team there and won one of their tournaments, and the owner was thrilled. He loved the idea of pump and said he'd be down to host any type of event. Not to mention they have an awesome speedball setup.

somewhat off topic here, but were you pump-friendly guys aware of the OSC tournament running in Millstatd IL (15 minutes outside of St Louis) in 2 weeks? Saturday is 3vs3 limited paint (40 rounds per player) and Sunday is 5v5 limited paint (60 rounds per player). It's a great event, and if you spread the word while there, you'll be able to round up SEVERAL people willing to travel to play in the 2/10 tournament. I'll be talking it up myself, as our team is already expressing interest in going (will probably bring 6-10 people).

OSC registration closes this weekend, though. If you're interested, post here and i'll put up the contact information for the field that is running the event so that you can register.
