Ten in Texas Series, Feb 17, San Antonio TX - Gravity Feed ONLY!!!

Greetings,
Wanna go old school?
How about without having to purchase all new(old) gear?
The Ten in Texas Series is for you!!!
Yep, you read right, a 10 man with gravity feed only.

You can shoot anything you want but you have to use the gravity feed hopper provided by the organizers.
For info, go here: Tits - FlagStation

I heard there may be at least one and maybe two 10 man Pump teams there representing.

This should be a real fun event with BYOP AND 20.00 per person entry fee!!!!

I am not associated with the event but do plan to PLAY!!!!!

Reviving this thread because it is coming up soon, and I want to know what other MCB players will be there.

I think I will go out and get a hawaiian shirt to wear so you will recognize me as a Carter Commando.

Are there any other MCBers who are planning on playing this event? Maybe we can get 10 people together at the last second...? Right now, I am just on the list of people looking for a team that Paintball-Mart is keeping. Call Paintball-Mart if you don't have a team.

Maybe I'll take out the good old Imagine actually. I have two hammers now, so I can have both bolt action and semi auto

Unfortunately, it looks like Ten in Texas is full up for teams. They had 10 full 10-man teams sign up and had to cap the tournament at that. So, it looks like I won't be playing this event. I may go over in the morning to see if any teams need a player, but will probably end up over at Krossfire instead.

Dayum....

That sucks

Meh, 10 people on one team seems a bit scary anyways. I bet communication is going to be a real killer.

Greetings,
There were 12 teams.
Look for the photos of the guys in the Hawaiian shirts with leis and a few even had grass skirts - THAT WAS US!!!!
There is even a couple of pics of me shooting the Dust Black Karni.
We went as the Clowns and threw down at least 6 pumps in EVERY game.
We drew the very first game and it was against Pumpenstein!
We had 8 pumps and 2 semis to their 8 pumps and 2 semis.....they killed us but we still had a blast!
We did OK but only won 1 game in our division with some heavy hitters and I think we finished 4th in our side of 6 teams.
We played straight up paintball and tried to represent well.

Wish I could have played, but I didn't have a team, and when the X-factor guys started posting on Flagstation asking for a team to play on (a few days before the event), I figured I didn't have a shot of walking on.
