Someone correct me if I am wrong? Pump day with 12 grams? Location unknown, this event is a MCB day? Date October 4th?

October 4th is Stocktoberfest up at Bunkers and Banners.

I don't know what Swampy is saying for equipment. I am sure pump, but whether it will be stock class or modified stock class or any pump; that is up to him.

I realize for many of us it is quite a drive, but I will say that it is worth it. We play as much as we want, and any format that we want. Swampy is a great host and always looking to please the players. I will be driving the 3 hours to play.

OK guys, here is what I am kicking around so far.

In the true spirit of Stocktoberfest, Stock class and Mod-Stock only.
By my definition, equipment will be restricted as follows:

Guns: Pump Only (lever action acceptable)
Stock Class: Horizontal feed, 20 balls or less, 12 gram air source.
Mod Stock: Stick feed of 20 rounds or less, CA acceptable.

Quick Changers: Any type is welcome. (Twist, Lever, Turret, etc.)

Hoppers: No.

Paint: Field Paint only. Carry as much as you want. Event paint will be either Evolve, Diablo Formula 13 or PMI Premium.

Biring your own 12 grams. I can't get them cheap enough to offer them at competitive prices.

That sounds great! I'm so excited that I already have three stock class markers picked out and a brand new box of 40 12grams waiting. Plus I should be bringing a buddy along with me.

Don't worry swampy... I hear that pump play is like the herpes of paintball; it's very contagious.

It is penciled on the calendar, as long as finances are ok, i'll be there, have had a bad few weeks, trying to play catch up on the bills. Don't think I'll be able to make next weekends event down by the thumb. As you all can see, I am putting quite a few of my guns/gear on the chopping block to help play catch up on bills.

Would anyone have an objection to me posting this event on the SCP forum? A stock class event would be right up their alley.

I didn't see any mention of it on their site and I'm sure we would get a few more players out of it.

Go ahead. But for a place that calls itself SCP, there sure are a lot of guys that like to use hoppers.
