Sherwood Forest Pump Classic, Sept 13&14

OK, so anyone else thinking of going to this? It is on my calendar. I should be leaving Friday about noon, camping over the weekend and whatnot. I hear rumors that some of Damage Inc may be there.

I wouldn't miss it! Pump only events don't come around that often.

I love this field and I love playing with pump players (it is just the pump guns I cannot stand )...

Anyway, I am off to Maine around that same time so I will have to, once again, wait until next year.

Enjoy guys.

During a 6 hour break in the rain on Saturday (heck the sun even came out), we managed to get 24 players on the field for about 4 hours of play. They ran two constant reinsertion capture the flag games. It was a great time despite the rain. Though it would have been even better with more players and some better weather.

It was my first time at Sherwood Forest and I have to say that I am really impressed with the field. I will definately be going back to this field in the future. And I won't miss next years pump classic either...

how was this event, sorry I missed it. I didn't even hear about it until now. Sherwood is so close to my place I could walk there...

...was that the crazy rain weekend? What a drag. Next year I'll have a couple futons available for anyone wearing Detroit Tigers hats...

pretty much rained out, except for a few hours. But it was a good time while it lasted.
