That sounds about right.

For the rear screw, it doesnt look like I could just drill a new hole in the EFrame since I'd have to drill through where the solenoid is located.

I could check, and drill a hole, not for a screw, but for a "pin". That way, the rear receiver is secured via horizontal movement. It would not prevent vertical movement, but the rear and forward receivers are partially joined at the valve, so that might prevent that.

Now, I don't have access to a mill. For the forward bracket, I was just going to get a piece of steel bar from the hardware store, and BEND me a bracket!

If I can figure out how to make the rear mount work without drilling the frame, then I'll see where we can go with the forward bracket.

You guys pretty much posted all my ideas. My spyder frame is snapped in front of the trigger switch so I'd make a whole new front of the frame anyway, possibly to hold a better trigger.

Boxers were montneel clones that used threaded barrels. That is a rental Z.

I was confused as well. I bought Blackrains stripped Boxer, which looked almost exactly like my Stripped Rental-Z. See here:

So, just to be clear, I am converting my Rental-Z, but since the Boxer is 99% compatable, my E-Grip should bolt right on. Same for most of the clones (ie Sam Patriot, Checkmate, AK1)

OK, I spent about 2 hours with a hacksaw, and drill, and this is what got:

Thanks to those who offered to make me an adapter plate. I had a spare lower receiver that I'd already stripped for parts. So....... I figured it would make for the PEREFECT adapter plate. Obviously, it is already pre-drilled for the forward mounts, FPS adjuster, and annodize matches the gun! Its also predrilled to accept the factory vert ASA, so I could drop it onto a MEgaZ! (though replacing the quick-release with a 10/32 bolt).

Here is a closeup:

That screw sticking up is too long. I did not have a shorter one, otherwise it seems to work good. I had no co2, but the EFrame does release the hammer when manually cocked. The rear received is simple pinned in place, which I do not have much confidence in. I'll have to come up with a better solution... next weekend.

What about making an adapter to bolt to the bottom of the marker. Use it as a structural piece to hold the body together & bolt the grip-frame to that?

The only issue I see with that is it might space the sear and the hammer too much.

The EFrame sear is already shorter then the stock sear, so I would have had to make a longer sear, which is well beyond my limited fabrication "skills".
