| Minion to Big oil Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Woods Cross, Utah | More parts Today i ran the first test cuts in pine and other than a 1/16 of a mistake on my offset (leaving the overall width a 1/8 shy) everything went off with out a hitch. 3700 lines of code. The blank has been spray painted to show some of the detail, next cut will be wax and then aluminum. Keep in mind that these are rough unfinished cuts intended to construct casting blanks, but i think you get the idea of how the basic breech will look. Soory for the pixs from my phone for the life of me i cannot find my digital camera. Ill take some better pixs when i find my camera...these are just teasers anyway  starting out  rough cutting   Next up lower valve assembly.

I have the clamping set and a precision vice for other work but since im cuting from a captured block it sets it own boundries so accuracy of the vice is irrelevent. I promise when i start the drilling and porting ill put the vice on...
