need help on a cocker project

ok i want to make my cocker half-blocked and i am going to put a pump kit on it. how or were should i get it done and like the bolt and that stuff

get the dimensions and go to a local machine shop . or sent it to jcurt . he has the machines and he also sells half block kits . any pump kit should work .
