The Cocker "Pine Wood Derby"-like contest

unlike a real pine wood derby contest, not really going for lightness and speed - just some nifty customizing of a standard cocker body. if i should add/change anything, please let me know!

rules:

1. customizing should be done to any factory cocker body. i will exclude the many custom bodies that already exist out there. those folks had to start with something plain jane, too.

2. the body can be from any year, past to present.

3. if you feel so inclined, build up an entire gun. but it's not required to do so.

4. the deadline is the end of april. i think we can adjust fire on this, perhaps moving it up sooner if we need to.

5. have fun!

i thought all entries could be posted and the lot of us could "critique" them. it's not much, but i'll buy dinner for whomever gets the unanimous votes for best custom cocker body. get out the files, break out the dremels, and start the machining!

Does it have to be milled by end of April, or complete cocker assembled and anno'd by end of April?

This is what I am starting with: 03 blue Prostock

I need more than 6 weeks, including anno

I have a body that I would be more than happy to donate seeing that I got it back once everything is said and done

But seriously, if anybody would like a vert feed autococker body in able to participate in this contest, I would love to ship her out to you on Monday!

SN 1011 Minicocker is getting SHAVED!

No fancy machinery, just a fileset and some fine grit sanding paper. Obviously I cant get it annoed or blasted so polishing it is the only option. I paid 10 bucks for the fileset for another project, I really wish I had spent some more on a quality set. And I had the papers before so money spent on the project 0$, time invested sofar 8-10 hours
