Red face Pump/Mech Shocker?

I recently got a great deal on an olive 03 shocker sft, but electros arent really my style. so after looking thru the forums i saw a few threads featuring pump, and in one example, mechanical spool valve markers. I would love to mod the new shocker up like this, but im not sure how. would anyone be able to enlighten me?

On some spool valve markers the air chamber is sealed after the bolt moves foward. A good example of this is the ion. If it seals itself then all you have to do is replace the Solenoid with a couple of 3 way valves similar to the autococker to cock it and fire it. There are good resources on here if you can search and find them.

A stock Ion does not seal the chamber when the bolt is forward, only modified or aftermarket bolts do that.

A Shocker HE, or any using the HE system, are theoretically simple to make mechanical or pump. The other bolt systems, not so much.

An Autococker (or similar) 4-way valve can be used as the trigger switch with the unswitched output going to the port that holds the bolt back, and the switched port going to the port that moves the bolt forward. This does involve making a custom manifold to mount hose barbs to.

The ion is particularly easy to make mech because it does not require a manifold.

Thanks for all this info! I knew there would be some good help here about the forums...
Does anyone have any diagrams on how to go about this?
