WTB: Brass Tubing for the Sheridan Pump projects.

I've tried kidneythrief, punisher, bigmatt, and scarecrow. They are either out of tubing or not doing custom work any more. I tried palmer, but there are restrictions in what he is willing to do.

I need BRASS tubing - barrel tubing and valve tubing. Do you know anyone that has this stuff for sale? I also need custom pump grips made.
Is there anyone willing to do custom work?

What kind of grips are you after. I can cnc a set for you but they wont be cheap.

You might want to try Rainman. He even has his own section at MCB in the forums. His work with sheridans started a little rough but now he is doing a good job. Maybe he has the materials you need.

Here's a post I made concerning the exact the exact item your looking for.. .Give CanadianBrass a call, they say they carry the exact size pipe as used on Sheridan PB Marker Barrel, it's 13/16 w/ .062 wall.

are you sure palmers wont help you? i got a quote by-the-foot from them a couple months ago...for all three tubing sizes, ammo tube, barrel, and valve tube...

How long can you wait? Im almost on spring break and when it comes, im going to be in my shop 24/7 What i am currently working on now is an aluminum sheridan/PMI 68 mag. It has my own custom pump handle and some other goodies, if you can wait till im done with that i can see what i can do for you. Also any one who reads this and wants one of these bad boys when Im done, PM me.

13/16ths by .030 wall
and
7/8 O.D. by .062 Wall

As for length, I need 20-30 ft of each.

You're trying to build new guns!

You might want to recheck your dimensions...

13/16th = .812 OD
.030 wall X 2 = .060

.812 - .060 = .752 ID

That's some big bore paint!

The wall thickness should be .063
That will give you .686 ID
