The rearmost o-ring isn't for sealing anything, it's simply to help stabilize the rear hat.

Had a brain fart when I was increasing valve volume for testing and drilled straight through my ASA, punching through the nelspot style screw hole. I'll have to patch that sucker up. There are also some minor thread differences between that ASA and this latest yoda valve. What size are the threads on the valve collars? I might be able to chase the ASA with a tap.

Thanks. Sorry I haven't been able to post extensive testing. Your valve works great unregged, but I really did want to test it with a proper regged setup like the last one. I'll probably do something like the old Ranger bodies that have a threaded rod brazed into the front of the gun so you use a female thumbscrew in the front. I could just loctite a fat one into the valve, drill out the frame and use a nut to secure it.

Back in the 90s I made (much needed) efficiency modifications to my 12g operated STBB.

Instead of using dozens of inconsistent 12g cartridges, I connected an on/off valve and some line to a 12g dummy adapter. It could be quickly & reliably filled.

Just a suggestion for your testing and development.

One other thing I noticed was that for some reason day to day changes had a noticeable effect. The same exact setup might give me 27 to 30 shots a dozen times on Monday, but Tuesday it wouldn't exceed 23 no matter what I did.
Any modification/design improvement would still carry over though. So I got in the habit of running a 'stock' configuration right before a mod test for comparison. Towards the end I started to think it might be how much metal was in contact with the 12g... dunno. Just FYI.

Have you tried these with a reg yet?

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

I have not done testing past fitment. Im hoping anyone interested enough to buy one will be willing to help this project by posting test results.

Today I bought a 'cocker spring kit, and a CCI kit is next. Im hoping to push forward on my phantom project soon.

I will be using my enlarged p/t with a reg when it arrives for next week. I'll let you know how much I can drop down my pressure.... If i can get myself to use my phantom. Lately I've become a 'magaholic.

In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway.
