My new P.G.P.

Pistol grip pump out of some very nice grained dark walnut.
the big thumbrest feels nice shooting it one handed, other than that it useless.

and it wasn't so fun carving it out of the wide side...but hey it looks cool

As always I'm so impressed that you can try different styles and all look amazing

This one is no different...... I really like the raised accent line going down the side then it turns into a grove... Very nice !!!!!

Chem,The wood tells me what type of stock to make..I just do what it says.

Honestly everyone of the stocks I have seen you do have been great, though the one you had a Sherwood last year is still my favorite! Elegant and functional.

no doubt... another fine piece of work Thad. great job, i'm sure that took some time. like Jimmy said, the accent lines look great. truelly unique.

actually after these pics were taken I reworked a couple things in the grip erea..and now checkering is a possiblity too..but just on the back.

LOL...

i'm glad i kinda helped talk you into trying checkering. i know it's a whole lot of work to do on top of all the hard work you allready do, but it checkering gives it that extra bit of custom look.

now go M.T.M.S. lol... see if you can figure that one out. lol...
