I'm just amazed at how good guys like you and y0da_900 are at the 3d side of AutoCAD. I have a decent amount of EXP with it, but couldn't do a darn thing with it now, and it's only been a few years.

and wrap ![]() )its all the same kind of stuff... also you cant go back step by step and fix stuff in "sketches" and have the changes go global. but otherwise the modeling goes about the same. So acomplishments today. Hopper lid area completed (2.5" standard halo feed size see above) shell joinery completed: I used a tounge and groove style to fit the top and bottom together. it will have two tabs on the left and right to be pinched to release the top from the bottom. (another similarity to the rotor.) I will actually be dropping the back of the hopper down a bit for the motor area. and the batteries will be contained in the front portion under a false bottom. (again like the rotor.) Also i completed the paddle top for the ball moving itself. ![]() ![]() ![]() picture time!

I heard if you take an Egg hopper bottom and Halo B? Top apparetnly they just fit right together. Someone was usin one at SPE, coolest hopper I've seen. Pretty much looks like what you designed (externally). Cool design though. I would buy one.

Looks like it would do the trick for pumps. Seems like the rotor is very favorable amongst all players regardless of the marker. I am surprised DYE hasn't made a smaller version as they could really capitalize on the pump market. Put it at a reasonable price and I'm sure there would be plenty of people willing to buy it. Forget multiple colors, leave it black as that is what most hoppers are colored.
