100rd ish Force Fed Loader

a bit of information.
this is my 15 min break project at work so some days i will make great strides and update, others will not. I often work through my break as i get absolved in work. some operations will take longer than thought aswell.
in theory this will be a scaled down rotor. in reality it will be somewhere between a rotor a halo and a sportshot.

Well, it's a hopper! I can tell by the name "hopper 1."

Don't leave us hanging... More info!

I'm curious to see how it develops as well.

What are your plans for making the shell? That's the one thing I see keeping many ideas from happening.

Well as dukie mentioned a while ago he has vaccume molding tech. So that's how I will prototype. But first I need to finish the design. Will keep this updated

I look forward to the shell prototyping then. And, I suppose I have something new to research. I could have things rapid prototyped locally, but that's pretty expensive to start off.

It's not the latest hi-tech plastic Easter egg? The improved longitudinal seam and contoured bottom are vast improvements. I was expecting colors next.

After watching so pretty cool videos, how are you planning on holding the shells together?

Droop 04-18-2011 06:58 PM

Yeah I have my shells laid out. Need to make the feedned and start modeling a raceway/ drive system.

I'm stealing many ideas from he rotor right now. But we will see how things pan out
