Custom hush bolt?

For cockers full body or halfblock. Unless if it will already fit a cocker

Wrong place to discuss that, first off.

Secondly, the Hush bolt is designed to exaggerate the design features that make a venturi bolt *only* a little quieter.

No offence man but if you have to ask "what does it take to make......?" then you more then likely cant make the bolt with out hurting your self.

No offense, but if you can't even put the answer in the form of a question, then you're already on the verge of hitting your thumb with a hammer.

Luckily, there are numerous people here who can make it for you, for a fee. All you have to do is post in the right section. A machinist, fabricator, or airsmith who is interested will post to take the job.

I'm actually interested in making or developing a quiet bolt myself, but similar to many projects that many machinists are interested in, we cannot justify the pursuit without some financial backing for our time.

Now......... If you do want to do this yourself, you can start by holding a piece of plastic in a drill chuck... Start with square plastic, it's the easiest. And take a knife, and you'll want to whittle it down while it's turning....
