Excelent! Now I have a future project for spring when I'm not paying excessive amounts of money on LPG for heat. Kind of a bummer I won't be able to be first.

This is very cool, though. Good work.

They don't have the files.
Doc and I have been talking to simon this project.
He said when they originally went to do this project after buying K2 (wgp, jt viewloader etc)
His original intention was to make a pump, a mech and an electro cocker again. He said Kee denied the request and said make the best sniper you can. So he worked off the cad of the karni files. He said the IP recieved from wgp only contained limited stuff on the later models. He said they had no cads for frames, or at least he had to make that one, which may be due to the autotrigger which to my knowledge wgp did not ever produce.
This has not been confirmed and is my opinion but I think he did design it in a way that if it did well would lead to future cocker models. I think the eye covers, karni like milled down design would be easily transferable.
He has said now that Doc has done that he will be making his own version and then pitching it to KEE, and seeing as how they can't keep these in stock he might just get the go ahead. If so what Doc did would be very crucial to bringing back the cocker, and for that I applaud this!

As for the frame incompatibility comment, it's more to do with the mounting studs that are used to anchor the frame in addition to the standard frame screws. It makes sense from a durability standpoint, but not from a frame compatibility standpoint.

The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much, it is whether we provide enough for those who have little.
