So I bought a 2K right hand feed body and was unsure what to do with it. So, it's time for a build..... I decided to try and do everything, took 3/4" off of the back of the body, mini'd the front end, and half blocked it. I also decided to can the sight rail as it is just useless now. Here are the results so far: Started with this:   Here it is with the front block retapped and installed after all the machine work:     The body I bought was also missing the feedneck, so I made my own, still needs to be cut to length:

Well after measuring once again I noticed I didn't make a big enough notch in the feedneck tube. So, back to the mill! New notch:  And the feedneck pressed in and cut to length:

Got the ANS valve, PI on/off ASA and the DYE drop forward today, slowly but surely.

She's complete (minus the benchmark slider coming) and firing. Still have some tuning issues to take care of but otherwise A OK..... (Barrel is on just for looks, 14" DW)

Changed the front block to an angled block instead..... Also, got bored with the drill press.....
