Can this be salvaged?

I'm building a BPS twister and the rest of the body is in much better shape, but the front block is pitted pretty bad. Do you guys think this could be polished without ruining the milling? Or is it too far gone?

If I can't save this anyone know where I could find a replacement?

Thanks!

1) It can be polished by an expert. Prepare to pay $$.

2) You could fill the pits by choosing a finishing option that isn't anodizing. This is the perfect application for a ceramic coating.

I'd anno it a sandy color and call it good.

Anodizing isn't always the answer. I agree with alpha - a coating would be a better idea.

You'd probably pay less to have a stock block milled to matched than to fix and anno that one.
