Armed Forces Trainer improved Rear sight replacement

New one on the left. Most replacements I have seen made were almost exact copies of the originals which have a very thin area between the center hole and the notch at the bottom. This area is prone to cracking as shown by the strip of paper in the crack in the original on the right.Using an extra rear plug from an F2 and turning the rear od down to accept a press on knurled cap that captures the rear sight. This allows a smaller center hole in the sight so it is alot beefier where the originals crack. While making the new one I increased the notch and the dot size a bit, and it needed some brass so a bead front sight was in order too.

Looks awesome Ed. A smaller hole and adding the press on knurled piece is a good idea.
