Current status:

Back - Alpha434 will make inception barrel backs for $75 with a miniumu order of 10 pieces - See this post

Inserts:
.680 and .682 Stainless steel by RedneckSniper - See this post
.670, .678 and .685 Brass by TyMcNeer - See this post (I will ball park my price at $45 each, though I reserve the right to change that based on how much extra time it takes to get the inserts right.)

I would be willing to generate a spacer to allow the use of "normal" Freak inserts in the 9" Inception back.

I actually would prefer go a different route other than the inception back (Which I am still checking out). I didn't commit to wanting one. I am still exploring options.

I have to work up the funding but at that pricing I am interested. Being unemployed at the moment makes this a very low priority, I may or may not start working next week but if I can secure the funding I am in after paying down some debt. Again, this is not at the top of my list (bills are currently) but I would be in for one back and probably one of each of the inserts at some point.

Listed you as a maybe. This can be changed all the way up to the order from everyone being placed with Alpha434.

I am interested in the 9" barrel back for use with the 'rain cover' I already have from Alpha.

I am also interested in the spacer so I can use my existing inserts. I have standard and brass inserts. (not sure if that makes a difference for the spacer, probably doesn't)

Silly question, but couldn't Alpha just bore one of the 9" backs (mine) to accept standard length inserts instead of the longer ones, or is that not practical.

So you have an un-freaked inception back that is 9" long? I thought all were 5" though (at this point in time).

I have the short back (freaked) for the Retro7.
I'd like the longer back for use on other markers - to clear the pump handle.
