Pimp my nelspot! Come and join the party!

I picked up a back bottled nelspot a couple months ago and stripped the paint off. To be honest, I would rather get this bad boy tricked out by painting it, replacing the grips, and putting a rail on top =D (whatever else I can do to make it sexy) I plan on purchasing a pair of grips but I need a theme for the marker, futuristic? Western? Gangster? What do you guys think? The sight is actually to help me out, I would most likely put a red dot on the rail because I can not look down the original sights due to the back bottle design. who can install a rail for me, anyone on this sight? As for paint I was thinking some sort of black or pewter, what is the best way to paint a nelly? Thanks for the help!

Don't paint it. Get it cera-coated. Gunmetal grey would be tasteful.
It all depends on the type of powder and the quality of application. I powdercoated my mag and it still looks as good as the day I put it on after 4 (3?) years. Fill hasnt affected it at all.

I just looked up that cerakote stuff. it does look pretty neat. nice and thin and durable.

Hmmmmmmmm.
I have a few Nellies for restoration with the vile offspring in the long, cold winter.
We were looking at Hydrographics, anyone ever do a Nellie in hydrographics?
How'd it hold up?

i believe it comes out black. Im not too sure, but i think it creates an oxidized layer that prevents rusting or something.
