if you do find the right MSV-2 type valve, how are you going to tackle the issue of dwell? Due to the mechanical operation of the Dump-chamber valve, you cannot hold the bolt forward too long, or you will vent excessive amounts of air. That is the main reason why the G3-G4 platform is so inefficient in the first place haha

Most likely I'd put one together just straight mech with a SMAV-3 and figure out wheat I would need to do from there. Most likely it'd just be something simple like making sure not to hang onto the trigger. I don't mind having it be somewhat inefficient, since this would be something fun to use and I'm not going for efficiency at the moment.

You could spring return the bolt. And index the bolt to hold a lever to push back on the trigger to reset it.
