Ion Switch

According to ZDS the power switch for the Ion is the same switch that ITT/Cannon use on one of their products. It turns out this switch is carried by DigiKey (big Surprise...LOL). They have it listed as a SPST and off/mom. I believe this means the switch is a simple momentary switch. I am looking for confirmation before I do any soldering.

I would like to run longer wires off the solder tabs, leaving the stock switch in place, so I can have a more solid on/off button.
