Acrylic T2 breach sizers

I think I came across something kinda neat today by accident (kinda). I was working on a friends T2 it needed tuned, that by itself is not a problem but I was having trouble getting a consistent velocity. I knew this is because of the breach sizer being just a touch too big and balls rolling away from the face of the bolt. Well he is on vacation so I can get a different sizer so whats a guy with a lathe to do. well make one out of acrylic thats what!

So the next question is have I stumbled on a product people would be interested in?

well on this one I was trying for .675 I got .6746. rather than telling you want I want to get though I would just measure them when they are done and sell them at that size. so if I was going to sell this one I would sell it as a .6746,

As for wear I don't know I have only shot 200 shots thru this one. I would guess if you got sand or something like that in it would get pretty scratched up but really only time will tell.

These are pretty easy to make so I would price them pretty low so it might not be a problem for durability. ya know cheep enough to buy a couple and just replace it if it wears out.

If there was a purple insert...my interest might be peaked. I would attract all the wenches! Oh, lord. My apologies for the outburst of inappropriate exposition.

If you used polycarbonate they would last a little longer, but those will wear to a bigger size too eventually. Great idea, really like it!
