im gettin a little dropoff when im shootin my electro gas through ion

i used the bottom port of the lucky fitting (small barb) to go to my relay, and top to my noid

now i see you did yours the opposite..... should i try that?

also! when i did it my way, i get a little leak from the big push to connect of the lucky fitting to the noid barb, like there isnt enough clearance

what if i trim the barb on the noid to be a little shorter and not stick into the hose as far

i think that all makes sense in my mind

thoughts?
^What Yoda said
I may have changed the barb from a autococker ram or 3way too...cant remember

Got it
there are two different threads, the bottom is for the reg seat(oddball threads),the top is standard 1/8 npt,I got the microline(top) fitting thru Drillspot.com long before I started this project, originally came of my SP8 drummag,we also have a local hose shop with all kinds of air&hydralic fittings I get weird stuff from,I believe its 4mm(?) pushfit,if you cant find one online I'll get you one at the hose shop

Got to stop indulging in Norcals finest so I can remember what I did

Thoght about putting pins or fastners thru the front and rear of the frame to avoid this,to make it electro and accomidate sideways batterey and OLED I had to make custom grips anyway, when I do my SP8 conversion I'll try it with front and rear fastners
For all the sucess Ive had putting this on an Ion I recently got a TM7 for cheap I added the ASA\reg Relay and it leaked everywhere, used a ton of green Loctite and finally got it to seal

Hey chaps, need a little help. I'm in the middle of swapping out my g-1 trigger frame for a metal one from the Extacy (fits perfectly and is soo much stronger) so at the same time I'll be updating the way I fitted the relay to how you've all done it

....now the problem is, I'm in need of a high pressure 4mm x 1/8 NPT push fitting, but which also has a long enough reach so it can bypass the little grub screw holes which are on the TM adapter.

The issue for me is that I'm in the UK, so NPT is really hard to find let alone one with a thread which is long enough, I can only seem to find BSPT

Just wondering what fittings everyone else is using or if they found an easier way around the grub screw holes - Maybe just blocking them up with the grub screws and lots of Teflon tape??

Thanks, Dean

The fitting I used doesn't clear the grub screw hole either, used done green(wicking, post assembly) loctite on mine.Still holding up after several months(year?) of play.
The real issue I had was sealing the brass seat inside the reg.
You've seen SSCs Enemy he did, looks like he may have an answer
If (when) I do it again I'd like to have something machined the includes the brass seat
w oring,1/8 threaded and hose barb combined
I've also considered using a 1/8 hex plug with a barb threaded into the top of the hex,it may make disassembly slightly more difficult but would add the little extra room to house the battery
Will you be using the Lucky fitting on the rear?If you're planning on running the input line behind the board you may need to add a grove in the trigger frame behind the board like I did to fit the hose there without kinking it

I'll be running it on my blackheart board like before, if anything theres more room in the extacy frame then the stock g-1 so im not too worried about room.

So you plugged those holes with the grub screws and loctie then? I think that's gonna be my only option, but I know what you mean, its annoying because if I had the proper know how and tools it wouldn't be hard to make something which would work perfectly.

One thing I have also considered is buying the actual TM air transfer tube and modding the brass fitting which is made to work with the TM Adapter...
