The rotor's brought up as a pump hopper because of the reliability. You know it's going to put ball on ball etc into the marker so you never have to worry. some designs misfeed, but at slower pump speeds <10bps you don't have to worry.

The quarter sized board is the Digispark. The really tiny board is a loudness sensor:

Is there a possibility that you will be selling these once they have been completed?

once I get this lever changers final prototype working I am going head first back into the 50 round hopper I already have the printer. I made one that worked great but a PITA to make over and over so the plans got mothballed till I got my 3d printer. Now I have the printer but the lever changer is my priority in my spare time and with a 100 hour work week its slim pickings, but if someone makes a plan for it I have no problem printing it out. oh and ABS will be plenty strong enough its all a matter of proper infill.

To be honest, it's too early to say. I'm still 6-8 weeks out until my printer comes and once it does I'll need to dial it in and finish up the CAD stuff. I'll be sure to post here if I do.

I can help, I'm part owner of a small plastics company. My friend is a plastics engineer by trade, we have a thermoform machine. I'll let him read this thread and he'll know how to approach it.

Can it please be like 55-60 round loader. That way 50 round pods fill it up. I just prefer 50 rnd hoppers over 100 rnd loaders.
